[Resolved] Tikona — account termination | |||
My user id is: [protected]. I had asked tikona to cancel my account in mid feb. But they kept on harrassing me by delaying this process and finally stopped the billing in may. During this entire time, no one bothered to inform me that the equipment needs to be returned and now i get a bill saying 1500 termination charge is payable. When i called customer care, they said they sent me an email in between 1st to 5th aug, but i didn't receive any such emails. When i said this to them, they are forcing me pay this amount, which i won't be doing since it was never told to me. This is straight up robbery that they are committing and someone needs to be do something about this fraudulent company. Was this information helpful? | |||
