Tikona — activation delay

I had applied for new connection on 18th march 2020 and i was advised that installation and documentation process takes 48 hours and then user id will get activated. To begin with procedure i need to make payment first then they will proceed for documentation process and all as its company policy. My user id is (New: [protected] & old: [protected]).
I made payment (Rs. 4245) and after 48 hours they told me that they dont have any device to install and i asked them why did you take payment first they advised this is procedure and i paid digitally i. E. Online payment at tikona site. I was advised that if you don't want service then you can email customer care and you will get refund after 45 days after lockdown via cheque. I asked you are asking customers to make payment at tikona site and you provide refund through cheque and after 45 days. Issue is from company side then why customer will lose their time. And they have only one answer we can not do anything we are from sales team and their manager says in very ignoring way as its company policy we can not do anything.
There is no customer care available att the moment, i emailed all issue to tikona customer care and i received reply as to use tikona app from customer care. My user id is not activated then how could i use app. There is no help i am getting. I got many calls from tikona for installation but due to pandemic situation they were not able to reach me.

After 2 months technical department called me and came for installation but they advised that they have cable but don't have device and they advised will install on old device which was already there in my building. After installation they found that device doesn't support 30 mbps speed for which i applied. They advised me to talk to sales team. I talked sales person and sales team advised that they don't have device for that much speed and they advised to convert to less speed plan and extend validity as per paid amount. I accepted that and for that sales person told me to provide different phone# and email id for new user id to transfer my paid amount to new id to activate for 10 to 15 mbps (Of rs. 2780) plan and it will take 48 hours to activate. I provided all details but its 4th day i am following up but sales person is saying i am following up and i will tell you once its done.

Now i got installation and activation done. But there is new issue came into existance. I received bill in postpaid format instead of prepaid bill format. I received bill duration of 6th june to 6th august stating recurring charges lots of plus minus amount mention which is not clear. I need to claim amount of internet service from my company for which i have paid. I can not submit this kind of bill. My manager rejected bill and advised to request for proper format bill. I don't know why tikona has mentioned unnecessary thing on bill as i took unlimited plan of 10mbps. Tikona should mention these thing only and amonut which i have paid and outstanding amount which i had paid in the begining for another plan. Tikona should mention those amount in proper format as 4245 amount received from customer deducted amount as per new plan and rest amonut should be in outstanding which would be adjust in next duration.
