[Resolved] Tikona — Activation of voucher without any request

I had made a recharge of a pack of 30GB and an friend of mineby mistake had made another recharge in my account. Both had us made requests to revert the payment of plan done by my friend. Later i was told that i can use this pack activated by my friend when i have used my existing 30GB but i have to make a call to get it activated. Today i received a sms informing me that my data is almost over. After an enquiry through the customer care executives i came to know that without my request the new pack was activated and around 20GB that was still remaining in account from the 30GB plan had lapsed dueto the activation. The activation request was not made from my end and I am being told that it has been done by me as a result of which i have lost that 20GB.
