[Resolved] Tikona — Adding unnecessary bill even after disconnection | |||||
Hi, I am requested to disconnected my internet service from april 22 2016,, now it is aug 1 2016, but still they are not responding. They are generating bill even after the rental plan is stopped. i keep on calling them number of times as they are doing a fraud, but still they are not responding. harassing the customer is their usual practice. Also the rental get increased every month, even if i am not using the internet from last 4 month. I have sent mail to all the executives and also said them i will not pay any bill after april 5. Is there anybody there or is it an automatic machine that keeps calling and harassing customers? stop all calls stop sending me bills. I will also go onto every social networking site there is and warn customers about tikona. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Your account disconnection request has been addressed and your account will be terminated shortly. Post termination the devices will be recovered from your premises and full and final amount will be concluded. Meanwhile if you continue using the services and since your plan is in Zero rental policy, you will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps. The customers are for granted for them, never picks up the call but always messaging regarding the money things or the billings, m unhappy with the speed and the service .paying the whole amount but not getting the correct speed
