Dear Sir/Madam I was tikona broadband user my user id [protected] i have already raise issue in tikona customer care on 4th Julay . there not solved my problems hence i have request them pls cancel my connection and refund my money back. they still sending me monthly bills. i have already take other connection.pls help me this situation.
