[Resolved] Tikona — After Termination request also bills generated for months | |||
Hi I am Poonkundran bearing user id :[protected] and billin account number[protected] I made several request for cancellation of my service from January 2015, Tikona customer rep also talked to me and agreed that i need not pay the bills any more(from January) But i am keep getting bills till now and it is accumulated for a huge sum of money. It seems to me tikona is purposely making this to gain money and cheating people. Please terminate my services as soons as possible. I have paid bills till now though i have not used your service for months. I am getting lot of mental pressure and hurt becuase of this.If you continue sending bills i will have to make legal action.
