[Resolved]  Tikona — After Termination request also bills generated for months

Hi I am Poonkundran bearing user id :[protected] and billin account number[protected] I made several request for cancellation of my service from January 2015, Tikona customer rep also talked to me and agreed that i need not pay the bills any more(from January) But i am keep getting bills till now and it is accumulated for a huge sum of money. It seems to me tikona is purposely making this to gain money and cheating people. Please terminate my services as soons as possible. I have paid bills till now though i have not used your service for months. I am getting lot of mental pressure and hurt becuase of this.If you continue sending bills i will have to make legal action.

I terminated tikona service by January 2015, but i keep receiving tikona bills till April and a legal notice saying i have to pay the bill, So i paid all my dues for 4 months without using tikona service and ask them to terminate again. But today i again got a message from tikona saying that my services are activated again, How long are we going to play this game, life long? Please disconnect the service as soon as possible. My user Id : [protected] Name S Poonkundran Bill Acc Number :[protected] BroadBand Users: My sincere advice to broadband users is never fall into the trap of so called fraud tikona, after that you may have to pay the bill whether you use it or not after disconnection also, It is clearly a fraud company. Esiting Users: This is a lesson to you, even if you pay the unused outstanding they continue doing this. Legal People: Can you please take any legal action against these companies from people like me. regards Poonkundran
