[Resolved] Tikona — Against service/case for defamation

As i am getting disconnection of my internet connection at regular bases and i use to call daily for this then they are solving the problem but they takes long time and like this i'm wasting my precious time by caling customer care number and some times they re not picking my call and put me in que and if they will picthey will hold for long time
so i'm lodginf=g this case for defamation and they must punished and should charge some fine also.
