[Resolved] Tikona — Always ask about due amount which is completely wrong. | |||||
Hi Team. Please help me on this issue, I continously facing call mail warning call from Tikona care regarding my Tikona due amount. I have already paid all due amount according to Tikona, but now they are again claim for due amount. I have used tikona internet till end of January and i have shifted to some other networks 5 months back.During my last payment i have asked them to close my account.But they have continued their services without confirming me.i have not used their internet from last 8 months.i have discontinued their services because of network issue.Now they are asking me for NOC which they dont mention it before.They want to settle it down otherwise they will continue sending me bills. I do not want to pay any bill for which i have not used internet but due to some call and emails i have pay 1588 Rs in August according to Tikona care and now 31 October 587rs again pay due to some call from Tikona or some other people.
