Please anyone help me...save me ..! from Tikona. This company continue threatening me. Again again again calling me for Balance payment even this service i already stopped and in the Service activation period all the time i got lots of technical issues with tikona net., Due to delay in problem resolution so much time consumed by tikona, Again again calling /mailing me for MODEM. I din't kept TIKON'S MODEM its not any use for me. Your person anytime can come and collect it, this device i din't kept in my pocket. Its installed by tikona person on building terrace so go their any remove and take it. This is from TIKONA side delay, i can't go at tikona door step for returning modem right ? send TIKONA person and remove/ collectMODEM / device. If tikona make more delay so i am not responsible for it its. And about balance payment TIOKONA are asking first can tikona give me answer of below queries -- Why Speed Tikona not given as per my plan Why Every day net disconnections Why Every day speed loss Why So much delay Tikona made every time in problems resolution Why Tikona not given me proper waiver against net problems time period Why If i call for resolution too much hold time its everyday task that and wasted lots of my life's valueble time. Why Technical staffs guidance just consumed time not got sure solution Why Technicians visit also not satisfactory same problem came back within few hours Why TOTAL MENTAL TORTURE & HARRASMENT BY TIKONA --- ...?...why And now TORTURE & HARRASMENT and threatening by calls. My tikona connection activation date is19 dec 2016 and now i want to deactivate my account if this connection is further active I am not responsible for any more charge and not pay any change my user id is [protected] and i have alraedy fill deactivation request on there portal
