We wrote to tikona Broadband disconnection to customer care on 4th oct 2021. They communicated some vague msg of disconnecting our id and not charging after 14th 2021 . Thier local employee said someone will come to collect the router from us in few months
In the mean time they kept asking for money every month then wrote a legal demand email, when replyed to their customer care, they said will reply in few days which they never did
Now their some halai lawyers are sending hard copies of the legal notice claiming we never contested the bill claims so we need to submit some 5k to them
Till free no either put us on hold or tell us their seniors will call, it's 3 days since such claims and we are are still waiting for such occurrence. Was this information helpful? |
