Tikona — Asking for payment for services not given

My Tikona Account UID: is [protected]. I had requested for disconnection on the 11th of August, 2015. I have not been able to log in since 7th of August, 2015. Tikona Customer care had called and said that they will resolve the issue but nobody has made any effort beyond talking over the phone. I have had no visit from the technical team, no engineer has visited me and I have repeatedly told the customer care personnel to disconnect my line whenever I was called over phone. Inspite of this there has been persistent demands for varying amounts over phone. SMS and email. I would like you to look into the matter please. Thanks Tanmay Das

My Tikona Account UID: is [protected]. I had requested for disconnection on the 6th September, 2015. I have not log- in since 6th of Sept, 2015. Tikona Customer care had called for confirmation and i confirmed that due to relocation i am not going to use this service above all it was hardly used because of poor service. Ever since i had been getting confirmation call again and again which i repeatedly and patiently told to disconnect. This is totally insane that each time they say that they will disconnect but again i get the same call and again the whole episode is repeated! Above all i am being asked each time if i want to give the connection to any known person/friend/relative! In-spite of this there has been persistent demands for varying amounts over phone. SMS and email. i have sent reminders for the same via mail also! I would like you to look into the matter please. Thanks Hasan R Khan
