[Resolved] Tikona — Asking for payment for unsatisfactory service | |||||
I had used tikona for internet use before some months. Then i moved to my new house and also paid tikona for shift my internet to my new location from previous location. But tikona couldn't provide me internet services properly (Internet Connectivity problems) for some months and i paid for those months to tikona. Service engineers of tikona also unable to solve connectivity issues regarding to my internet connection, then i tired from tikona and switch to use another company's internet connection. I also shared my problems to their customer care representatives and also the people who called me for bills from tikona but all they want is their bill they are not interested in my side. Now tikona team sent me e-mail regarding to bills and also warned me that if i couldn't pay their bills in 7 days they will take legal step against me. I also sent the images which can explain my internet connectivity problems better. I am from middle class family. i couldn't waste my money for the service which tikona couldn't served me well.
