[Resolved] Tikona — Asking for rent even i have cancelled the connection | |||||
I have purchased tikona broadband service on 13-may-2016 service number-[protected], in the name of martin micheal jeno, i have paid 3 month rent as advance to use their connection, they have promised me 4 mbps speed with 40 gb data. But from the day of purchase the speed is just.4kbps and i have put them mail and contact through the call to cancel the connection and refund my money. But they have promise me they will speed up the internet. But they haven't do that. I was keep on complining abt the speed and asked them to cancel the connection. Please find the attached photo for speed and cancel mail sent by me to tikona. But now they are keep on sending me mail and calls to pay 438.02 the rent for aug month were i am not using any internet connection. Please help me to get rid of this people eating my money and troubling me to lead my pease full life. Already i hove lost rs 3500/- for not using internet for 3 months.
