[Resolved] Tikona — Asking me to pay even after disconnection | |||||
I have disconnected my account nearly a year ago, but still, I receive a bill stating I need to pay the bill with an extra fine. I am getting some calls from a lawyer in Delhi threatening me to pay the fine else I should come to high court and handle the case. this is really too bad to handle customers. I have even emailed to tikona customer care but no response from them. When I try to make a customer care call they disconnect after hearing my query. Was this information helpful? | |||||

As checked we have found that your account has been terminated as per your request and the devices have been recovered from your premises. As per the Full & Final Settlement calculation, you are liable to make the payment of Rs. 1, 262.15/- charged for billing period of 7-Jun-16 to 06-Jul-16 as disconnection request was received on June 11, 2016.
