[Resolved] Tikona — Asking more amount and billing issues | |||||
I got a call from tikona, telling it's a lawyer at delhi working for tikona. He said he is going register the complaint against me for due amount. I asked them to disconnect the tikona service as the service was poor. I have all the mails I sent to them asking for discontinuation of connection. Later even after insisting for disconnection they left the connection active and it was used for 12 days. Later we got a call from them asking us to pay Rs 1200 which is a 1 month rental. We said we are ready to pay the amount for which we used that is for 9 days. Today I got a call from their lawyer Mukesh Sharma from the number [protected] asking us to pay the due. We agreed to pay, but upon discussion he said the amount I have to pay is Rs 1710. How did it increase from 1200 to 1700. Is this a way of extorting money by thretening the users? Their service is so poor that they don't get customers but they are making money by thretening customers. Simply you may suite the complaint in Consumer court / Online RTI portal. Ask them to produce the documents for which they asked to pay for in court. Also If you have the mail records to disconnect the connection you may not to pay for the bill which you ask to pay.
