[Resolved] Tikona — Asking to pay rentals unnecessarily... Harassing me by calling now and then | |
Hi team, I used tikona internet services in 2015. My user id is [protected]. And billing account id is[protected]. But i got transferred from bangalore to hyderabad on dec10. So i called tikona customer care on dec 9th and asked them to disconnect my connection. Since my billing date is 7th of every month and my service is pay and use. So till dec 7th whatever i used i paid the same. Then from 7th januray onwards i got mail from tikona billing team asking me to pay around 1000 rupees. Then i called customer care and asked them about the details. They informed me that it is technical error from their side and they are going to raise the request for the same. Since then every month i got email from them to pay the money. Every time i called them and they informed me the same thing. Recently i received legal notice from tikona team. The same day i called them and asked about the same. They told there is a problem with their end and don't bother about that. Today i received a call from tikona legal team informing that they are going to file a case against me. Today i called customer care again and they are asking me to pay the amount and they are informing that i used their internet services through out december. From dec 11th i am in hyderabad. I informed the same thing to them. They are not in a position to listen to my words. Please look into this issue and suggest me the needful. I am requesting you to wave this amount from their side since i didn't used any of their services on the dates they are mentioning. My contact details are mathina rangaiah...
