[Resolved] Tikona — bad connectivity and slow internet issue, with 25 mbps plan | |||
I have recently installed tikona internet with 25 mbps plan, and it worked well for the first 2 days and slowly i started getting internet issues, started with slow internet and now i am getting frequent disconnect with slow internet. With 25 mbps plan i am getting speed of less than 1 mbps on most part of the day mostly during business working hours, at night the connection gets stable. I am working profession who heavily depends on the internet to do daily work and i am unable to work due to this issue. I have purchased 6 months plans as i was promised the speed, and i am no where close to getting it. Also i have raised complains multiple times and its not been resolved, every morning i get a message that this is a know issue and technicians are working on resolving it My customer id is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
