[Resolved] Tikona — Bad service of internet | |||||
I brought a tikona connection of rs 750/month plan from the month of september onward the service is worst i complain to company so many times but they didnt look for problems and saying that sir please switch off tour router then after 10sec switch it on. every time they only telling my fault and on 17/10/2015 when i have been talking to their one of their representative they cut the call.. i was so angry that they are not resolving the problem and not also talking with custmor again i dial the number the system waits me around 30 mintes and saying that "aapka anumanit samay hai ek minute" connection is not proper sometimes it receiving data and always showin no internet connection i was totally upset please help me... thank you Ritesh seth tikona connection no [protected] varanasi Was this information helpful? | |||||
