Tikona — Balance amount still not refunded, do not ever believe or buy connection from them, they are fraud and make some issue in payment or bill | |||
I had purchased a connection by getting into their words, even though my place had signal problem which they didnt fix in a duration of 2+ years after frustrating with them I submit connection termination request they told me that it will going to take 14-15 days in processing request, and ask me to pay the next month bill inorder to make it easy for us in clearance and you will get the remaining balance, still I had not received the balance it has been more than 3 months, my tikona account number is [protected].
