[Resolved] Tikona — Being punished o[censored]sing Tikona | |||
I have subscribed to a 2mbps plan but the speed I get is a third or a fourth of what I pay for (and that too if I am lucky). I have raised more than a dozen complaints but the customer service always have a fixed reply that "there is some issue in the backend/tower. This problem will be resolved within the next 24 hours". Its been more than 6 months and I am still waiting for a proper connection.They automatically close all my complains marked as fixed without even confirming first. My work suffers because of this. I have to put in extra hours in the office because I can't work from home. Tikona management is adamant on robbing us of our money and doesn't even care. Even the disconnection requests fall on deaf ears.Any ideas what to do? Was this information helpful? | |||
