Hi team,

I have received a bill of 1138 to be paid within june 10.

I have not used tikona during 26th jan to 26th april. I have attached screen shot of the same.

But i paid amount of 2100 for this period. I contacted customer care and they promised this bill amount will be adjusted in the future bills.


I need the amount which i paid earlier during non usage period to be adjusted in this bill as promised.


I have mailed to [protected]@tikona.In many times but didnt receive a reply once.
