[Resolved] Tikona — Bill generated after disconnection request and threatning to file case | |||
Customer ID:[protected]. I had used the tikona broadband service for 3 years and on May2016 due to medical emergency i had to vacate my house and travel to native. For disconnection, i had requested Customer care. Latter i could understand that the bills are getting generated. Again i gave a call to customer care and seeked for explaination, when they were insisting for payment i escalated the call to senior staff. i was ensured that the case will be taken care. But they still kept on generating the bills and Now after few months, someone who is pretending to be from Tikona legal team is calling and threatning to pay the bill else they will file a case. The company is unprofessional and making money by cheating the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
