Tikona — Bill generated after requisition of connection termination | |||||
My tikona id is [protected]. It's been a year since i've requested to terminate the connection. but the bill has generated. and they are saying that the due amount is 1500 rs. i've made the request to disconnect the connection at that time several times. they didnt responded. and after a year they called me and said that you have to pay the rest of money. i'm trying to call the billing helpline number of tikona for 5 days and they dont give any rsponse. they say that we have made a note of your call we will call you back in 48 hours. its been a year so i didnt have any sort of cancellation request number or anything like that. so plzz crosscheck the database and find the cancellation request as soon as possible. this is totally unfair.. Post full and final calculation, you are liable to pay outstanding amount of Rs. 1500/- which includes CPE penalty charges as the devices were not recovered.
