Tikona — Bill generation even after 3 times of requesting for Disconnection | |||
we have been using tikona for more than a year recently we have relocated to new place where tikona connection is not available i called to the customer care and asked them to disconnect but they have not done but they cancelled the request and bill is genrated i have called and asked regarding this they have said it is company's policy, i said atleast know consider my request and disconnect but they haven't done and the bill is generated for the next month also, without using they are asking to pay 2 months bill kindly look into this my id:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
