[Resolved] Tikona — Bill generation without service | |||||
I'm nastaran talank, my user id is :[protected] i had shift to my new house the reinstallation of network was done on 6 th of june and the network was unstable over this area so i requested to tikona costumer care for cancelation several times and there was no reply.it has as request by tikona i have paid last bill payment to the guy by this no:[protected] in 20 th of june 2016 and he has given recipe to me that mentioned on that last bill payment.still bill kept on coming since already i brought this issue into their notice through costumer care no several times and i did not get real response.kindly consider my complaint.
