Hello my name is nitish sharma. tikona id - [protected]... i have been the regular customer of tikona internet connection from past 2 years. but due to poor service and ignorance from the company i decided to disconnect the internet connection. my due date happens on 23 of every month and i send the mail to the company on 22 that i want to disconnect it and i will be not liable to pay any bill amount as i has already paid the bill in advance and i switched off the router and roof device from 22 april. but from that day they have been calling me to pay the bill of rs 450 and not to disconnect the service. i already told them that i already had paid the bill in advance. but they are forcing me to pay the bill as i am not liable to pay you even a single penny and they harassed me. now you tell me what should i do? shall i go to consumer court or what?
