My customer id is [protected] and i am not using your service for the past 4 months. But still paid all the bills. My last payment was rs.438 on 3 april 2017.
I requested for my service termination on 4th april 2017 but still i received a bill. On your selfcare portal it showing bill of rs.574 and a reminder email received showing bill of rs.344.
This is really causing headache to me. I am not at all using your service and requested for termination then why you are sending me bills like this and that too in higher amounts.
Reply me through e-mails as i am not interested in wasting my time by arguing in the phone.

What is the meaning of account termination is under process? why are you taking such time and generation bills in-between that time and making it as a arrears. Stop sending such bills, Now again I received a mail stating to pay Rs.574 for 7 April to 7 may and that should be paid before 22 April.
Why are you generating bills when service termination is under process and I already disconnected the service.
And what is the meaning of full & final settlement when I already made payment for unused service?
