[Resolved] Tikona — bill problem and connection problem | |||
I have big problem with tikona bill, plan is of 550 rs where i have already paid for rs 1334 for 2 months bill. Pfa attached bill screenshot, there is no such amount has been added, but no idea how they are adding 100 rs extra whereas they has already done the waveoff of late fine. I have receive the call the tikona care executive the person is the worst way to talk as confirm by him my monthly bill should 649 rs after tax but i have received the bill for 667 rs. Where as there services is in worst condition i have done the complain for many times it is not getting improve. So request you to take an action against this bill and services.
