I was user of Tikona broadband and I was unhappy with connection, I asked them to remove it, they finalised and said sir we give two months as grace and then only connection is cut. I did the way as they informed, Later they started threatening that legal action would be taken and all this kind of trouble. Please help as they are very disappointing and mentally harrassing! They are making as if I'm completely responsible and the ill service of company is no way responsible for it! They are making few fake phone calls and threatening and I want to know if I can take legal action if adviced against! Please help me in closing this problem and i'll be very thankful to you.
