[Resolved] Tikona — Bill sent/ taking follow-up after connection closed | |||||
I had sent an request for connection closer for ban –[protected] & service id – [protected] on 17th april 2017 and confirmed on follow-up calls that i don't want 1) connection to be kept on standby mode with deposit amount nor 2) wants to transfer to someone, on call to customer care (5to 6 time) and then confirmed on mail as well. And my connection was disconnected on 3rd may but still they sent me a bill for period 7th may to 6th june 2017. Till date tikona calls me everyday for retention and for bill payment and eveeytime, i convey same thing but they keep calling. I can't pay bill for nonused service (Haven't used since 3rd may till date) and for delays from their side. Thanks, Sarika Was this information helpful? | |||||
May 27, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved They delayed connection closer and sent sent advance bill for future duration and constantly taking follow-up instead of updated thair system with closure. Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
