[Resolved] Tikona — Billed for service not used | |||||
User id : [protected] Hi, I was on rental plan with bill generated for 849. Shortly password expired and i was unable to do so as the registered mobile no sim was damaged. I informed them to have the password changed but no help was provided. They were not able to authenticate me and in turn started the plan 500. I didn't use there service as i was unable to login due to password issue. Now they have sent bill for 2446.27. The service was disconnected after three month of my request initiation. They have not been responding to my emails. Now i have been receiving calls for legal notice and action. Was this information helpful? | |||||
