[Resolved] Tikona — Billing after account closure | |
My customer id is [protected]. I have requested for account closure by july 2015. I have explained the customer care about the account closure a lot of times. The last time they asked me to pay bill by aug 16 and they also said that there will not be any bill produced after payment. Now am getting bill with the penalty charges and also call from their layer stating it is a civil complaint. I getting so much mental stress because of this. It is a fraud from the service provider that they have not closed it on time. Why should the customer penalized for the same. Was this information helpful? | |
