[Resolved] Tikona — Billing after Disconnection period | |||
Hi, I was using Tikona Broadband in Bangalore for past 2 years, and during June-2014 i have asked them to disconnect the service. Even I have paid the bill for June month too. Also i have got a confirmation call from Tikona for disconnection. But later on, from next month i was repeatedly getting Bill for July & August too. And now they are asking me to pay the amount and some advocate from Mumbai ([protected] ) called me and threatening me that he will warrant an issue in court within next hour and asking me to do the payment immediately. I have already asked them to disconnect the service on June itself and still they are bugging me to pay Rent for Jul and August Months. Please help me and do the needful. I tried calling the customer care from my mobile, but it is giving automated message that "your number is noted down and tikona people will get back to you". But i haven't got any call till now. Also i'm getting calls from a lawyer daily([protected]) and threatening me and harassing me. I'm not at all able to talk to any of customer care person. Even if i email them, they are not responding. Please take any action and get the problem resolved asap.
