We emailed and called and WhatsApped also to disconnect the wifi after completion of the plan of seven months they didn't disconnect it even after telling and then sent a bill and then blackmailed us saying that they will take us to court and will make a case .we payed the amount then they started the wifi again we didn't asked for and we didn't wanted that .we WhatsApp and called and emailed too we don't wanted to continue.they called and asked about the reason of disconnection and ended the call with ok we will disconnect .then too after one month they are sending a bill we have removed all the connection router everything haven't used any of the internet full month so what kind of bill is that they are sending. We searched the office also there is no such office of tikona. They are a total fraud.For billing and all they call everytime but for this no one is receiving and the customer care number is showing busy.what to do .
