[Resolved] Tikona — billing for discontinued service | |
My user id-[protected] I've terminated their service after moving to another place due to poor connectivity. Those guys forced me use the existing connection and keep on calling me before terminating the connection. After a month they've disconnected the service and charged me for an amount of 500₹. After paying that i've been receiving bills and calls to pay for the services i haven't used. Was this information helpful? | |
