[Resolved]  Tikona — Billing Issue

I had billing issue for May month and I sent mail to customer case and they said they will revert in next month billing. Following is the mail confirmation of customer care.

Unfortunately they didn't update in next billing, after that I keep on sending emails to customer care, but they didn't reply anything.


Please resolve this case ASAP
