[Resolved]  Tikona — Billing issue

Dear Sir,
I was unable to use Tikona internet for past one year. I contacted and raised several complaints. They did not respond me back. So I talked to their customer care representative and told them that I wont pay the bill simply since I am unable to use the internet. They agreed to that but they charged me fine of 100 each month. Still I didnt get any resolution on issue. So I contacted them regarding the cancellation. Becuase of cancellation request they sent me a bill with the late payment charges. They were agreed me before that there will be no late payment charges. Now they are charging it. I did only the payment of my actual bill, now their advocate is calling me and harassing to do the late payment charges as well. Ok, then I decided to pay that as well but my id is inactive and I am unable to login to my account. When I call the customer care they are not responding. I am unable to connect to the customer care. Please help me to solve the issue. How I need to pay the amount, and what the amount I need to pay. I dint receive any email or message regarding this.

When I checked in internet there are several similar complaints against Tikona. I need to waive out my late payment charges as this is not my fault.

Someone from tikona called me and harrased me to do the payment in half an hour. The same happened few months back also. Then i did the payment because i dont want to make unwanted issues. Now again called and commanded to do payment in half an hour? I was in traffic, dont have system.. how can i do the payment in half an hour? I told him and explained the situation but he didnt mind and told me whatever the situation you should do within half an hour. Or he will file case against me. He was behaving like a gunda.
Why didnt you send me any message or bill and notified me about the payment? How can i do the payment immediately when u ask. I dont know what tikona people are thinking. I need to know full details about my bill. Otherwise they will again contact me saying there are dues..
