Hello There,
First of all I am using Tikona broadband for 1 year, last year on November that is[protected] after installation the guy charged around 4500 for 1 year at 25mbps, so now for next year the bill ads up to 4500, which I will be using, but I decided to change the plan to 40mbps and total ads up to around 6500 something so now instead to paying for 25mbps or 4500/- I want 40mbps and I paid 6500/- for next year that is[protected]. So why does some Tikona Customer Care calls up and asks me to pay your pending bill of around ~5000/-? and argues that you changed your plan request multiple times, yes I did But ultimately I chose 40mbps and cleared the payment too, now Idk why Tikona is calling and argues to clear the pending payment. Even the Bill in Tikona app doesn't show any pending bill for 5000.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
