I have Broad band connection Tikona . my service billing month on 7 Nov and i am already intement 15 days advance we not need service . and they are no provide the proper service and no documents provide for connection and no need service so service close but tikona charge for close service billing so i am already paid in advance but they are tourcher me .they say we are complain etc.and this person [protected] call every day and i am very frusted and they say i am advocate and i am on case and etc charge on you so please solve my problem.
