[Resolved] Tikona Broad Band — Not refunding my money

I have disconnected tikona service on 30th jan and i called on the same day for refund the promise was made to my tikona employees rhat you will get yr refund till 14th feb but after 15th feb i kept calling them they are just yaking customers for grabted granted, i am fed up of this people pathetic customer service plz whoever is gona buy tikona broad band never purchase it huge lossss...i have been calling them from my num [protected]
Its been 20 times but i havent reicived my money reallly hell, never ever purchase tikona broad band

Pathetuc service ...i had asked the agent to ask his supervisor to call back but reallly...no call back pathetic and the worstest part about tikona broad band they call you, now just i recieved a call from ravi verma who stated he is head of tikona ask me my card details on which includes card num, i gave that
2) he asked my last three digit num back side on card which i gave it
Now he asks atm oin, he thinks i am fool
So one more thing this tikona broad band gyz are robbers also they rob ye money as well plz plz never ever purchase tikona broad band...and now rhis will go on socal media facebook twitter and evry where...

Like seriously now its getting on my nerves...where the hell are you people i mean seriously tikona can't give my money back ...if i am not getting call from yall ...to my registered mobile num that is [protected]
I will make sure this goes on social websites and i will complain in police of fraud and not returning my money
Gona make sure tikona company gets abused
