[Resolved] Tikona — broadband disconnected but getting bill for unused data | |
I had raised a request to disconnect the connection on 5th but tikona disconnected the service after a week and i have not used any data. But tikona send me a bill to pay 650 rupees. I have the proof saying that i have not used any data. On 22nd nov 2017, one guy called me and saying that i have to pay 5000 rupees otherwise that guy will file the case.
