[Resolved] Tikona Broadband — False billing | |||
Dear, My customer ID [protected]. I had used tikona internet connection about 5 months. i got calls from tikona that my total billed amount is[protected] billed amount and rest modem charges). I had returned your modem at the time of disconnection. I have attached token receipt which i had received at disconnection time.I had paid installation charges of 1500 in which modem charges was also included. so kindly subtract the price of modem from total billed amount that is 1350.
