[Resolved] Tikona — broadband - frequent disconnection and very low speed not as promised | |||
Hi, I'm writing this complaint as i feel cheated by the company after i bought a yearly plan for tikona. The plan which i bought promised a speed of 10 mbps but the speed which i'm getting is around 1mbps to 6mbps and not more than that. I've screenshots to prove my point. Please help me get a refund from the company for the annual plan which i paid for. I've complained to the company numerous times but it feels like a scam going on they rectify for 1-2 hours and the problem again arise daily.
