I had request to close my Tikona broadband USer ID [protected] on 6th Sept 2015 for because of relocation to other city. I was told that request will be processed but it never happened so far. I am constantly getting SMS/Call/Email for payment reminder and bill keeps on increasing in spite of me not using it at all since I raised the disconnection request. I am being mental tortured with constant payment reminders (multiple SMS come in a day as well as call and emails) On other hand their customer care is not reachable even on toll-free no as well as e-mail. (REquest ID for disconnection[protected]
