Tikona Broadband — Not disconnecting connection | |||
I had two Tikona broadband connections, and i called them from my registered mobile to disconnect both of them in the month of december. I spoke with customer support few times and verified with them that they will disconnect both the connections. So, they disconneted one of the connections and the other one they did not. They generated the bill in Jan again, my manager called them again and they said it's the last bill and after this, it will get disconnected. Well, it's Feb and now they are harrasing me to pay the bill. Don't know what i can do here. Was this information helpful? | |||
