[Resolved]  Tikona Broadband — Pathetic Internet Service

hi, Its has been more than a month since I subscribed for tikona broadband service. It never worked properly. My internet disconnects and connects very frequently. The plan is 2 mbps. I do not get even 1 mbps. I have raised this issue several times. They just assures me to resolve it, but all goes in vain. They have changed the modem, relocated it to different places on my roof. This is my request to tikona to cancel my account and refund me all the money I have paid. I am going to file the complaint in consumer court very soon. I have gone through a lot of torture.
