[Resolved]  Tikona — broadband service and billing

I took new connection and hardly used one month only. Let me explain it below;

New connection took on 25/may/2017 and paid rs. 1330

Your sales executive informed that out of rs. 1330, rs. 500 is the installation charge and remaining amount will be adjusted in the 1st month billing cycle.

First week i didn't use your connection due to technical issue, then i stopped using tikona after 21/jun/2017. Altogther i didn't use the tikona connection for 1 month also... Then why i am over charged? Track my tikona usage summary for more details... I hardly used 20-25 days only.

When i called tikona customer care, the execute informed that no need to pay any amount since tikona customer care executive forwarded my complaint to finance team. After that finance team will waveoff the outstanding amount which is not properly charged.

Still i am getting so many calls and receiving messages from your end. Could you stop calling me, send messages to my mobile number which is affecting my privacy.

Till date i didn;t get any proper response... Useless service provider + useless customer service...

I was waiting for reply but these people charged ove due amount also... Now, i need to pay rs. 530 which includes over due charge also

I never ever use this connection if i get free of cost also...

Drawbacks about tikona

- if you disconnect then they will say it will take 15 days to process, so you will end up paying additional charges if you are not using also, some how they will drag it for one month and they will charge for it.
- they won't do any wave off
- customer support will say that the finance team will do wave off but don't trust them and you wont receive any positive response, not even proper response
- till you pay then will keep bugging you for your outstanding, they wont fix problem
- while taking new connection they won't put new setup/receiver box kind of thing...in front of you, they will open new box and fix it... After sometime they will say that new box not registering... So we will put old box which already registered with tikona
- all fake commitments they give and provide new connection, after that you can't expect anything better service
- if you book for new connection then tikona sales person, technical person and area manager will come to your place and give connection within 2 hours. But you raise technical complaint or cancel the broadband service then they will tell it will take 15 days to process + the billing won't stop. So you have to pay what ever they charge it.

Finally, i used for 20-25 days but i paid rs. 1330 (New connection fee) + rs. 530 = rs1860

Don't trust this service provider and don't recommand to your friend also.

Please take some action on them and make them to correct their tikona policies
