[Resolved] Tikona Broadband Service — False promises by the tikona executives | |||||
I am currently using Tikona broadband service from the past 1 year and in this 1 year I gave almost 200 complaints and I haven't received any proper response from them.Even if I ask for disconnection they are not disconnecting the service. Executives are calling daily and forcing me to use the service and I don't want to use their service.PLease disconnect the service from my home. I don't want to face any issues with tikona internet. With regards to your concern, we would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on the basis of your request we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
