Hi I got a new connection, [protected] on the request on Mr. Subodh Kumar in Surat. The old connection ([protected]) was not working properly, See the complaint numbers for the OLD connection ([protected]): Nov 22 - 1-[protected] Nov 16 - 1-[protected] Nov 14 - 1-[protected] Nov 12 - 1-[protected] Nov 10 - 1-[protected] Nov 9 - 1-[protected] Mr. Subodh said the new connection ([protected]) will have: -RADIO -it will provide best service as he will use latest technology -it will be free for 3 months (as Tikona was running a scheme to counter demonetization) -3 mnths free scheme was also confirmed by your customer care executive in a telephonic call on Jan 3rd -Customer care keep calling saying that I need to pay Rs.900+ for the month of January. -The new connection ([protected]) works the same as the old one. the internet is not stable. It goes off severally -I was asked to pay Rs.552 for the month of december saying that the next 3 mnths, i.e., Jan-March will be free Amidst all this, I even visited Surat main office of Tikona and met Subodh's senior who assured that he will personally look into it and he will call me to himself to fix the issue.
