This is venkata bhanukiran, taken the connection on 5th mar 2014 with id [protected]. Without checking the feasibility they given the connection. From the next day onwards i'm facing problem with the connection.
Regarding the same raised the following complaints

As per the recent visit on 20/03/2014 by Srinivasa R ([protected]), the connection is not feasible since no proper signal at my place. I don't how you people gave this connection with out checking the feasibility.
Srinivas say I escalated to ATS team to take it further. But till date i don't have any update on the same.
I called customer care there are telling no update on the previous ticket. we are escalating this.
The pathetic thing with tikona customer care is they won't even tell you compliant ref no until unless, customer asks for it. I believe like till the customer won't take the ref no, i think they won't raise the complaint.
The Tikona service is not upto mark. In that case how a customer will use/refer tikona?
The technical executives won't respect the customer who does the site visit. But they are expecting money from the customer.
I didn't thought this way tikona is servicing.
